Cloning Vats

Latest intel has given us something to really worry about.

Our best undercover agent's last transmission is shown below.

We suspect that this was the last image he saw before his end - Mishka's troopers shoot first and ask questions later.

Or boys at the lab seem to think that these are Trooper Cloning Vats. If they are then Mishka can have an army ready in a matter of months.

We need further assessment of this threat and the General seems to think that you can help. He needs a more facts and figures on how many troopers Mishka can create.

The General wants you to use Excel to create a model with which he can find out more. Our lab boys have given us the following facts and figures to start with.

1. Each clone will take 4 weeks to create
2. Each clone will cost £2000
3. Each clone will need 240 litres of growth gel
4. Each clone will need the following equipment :

The General wants to know :

1. How long will it take to create 200 clones
2. The total equipment cost for a clone
3. The total cost for a clone (clone + equipment)
4. The cost for 50 clones
5. How much growth gel is needed for 75 clones
6. A bar chart for a breakdown of equipment cost

The General is also worried that our lab boys have got it wrong so he wants you to find out :

1. If the cost of body armour is only £200 - how much will 50 clones cost in total
2. If clones only cost £1200 how many clones could Mishka make with £14,000
3. How long would it take to create 400 clones with 8 cloning vats ?
